March 4th – 8th is Saint Luke’s Spirit Week. 

The festivities will include unit participation prizes, daily theme day winners, and daily word game winners. Note: Scavenger Hunt List available 3:00 pm on February 22.

March 4   

Theme: Rock Star (staff and residents encouraged to dress like their favourite rock star)

• Chicken and Taters Lunch from 11:30 am – 2:00 pm
• Opening Ceremonies in Southview Lounge at 2:00 pm
• PA Bingo

March 5  

Theme: Decade of Your Birth (staff and residents are encouraged to dress in keeping with the decade of their birth)

• Coffee Break – hosted by Food Services from 9:30 – 11:00 am             
• Activity – Recreation/ Music Therapy from 2:30 – 4:00 pm

March 6 

Theme: Ugly Sweater Day (staff and residents are encouraged to wear an ugly sweater)

• Chicken and Taters Lunch from 11:30 am – 2:00 pm
• Allied Health Surprise! from 2:30 – 4:00 pm
• PA Bingo

 

March 7 

Theme: Red Carpet Day (staff and residents are encouraged to dress in red)

• Coffee Break -hosted by Food Services from 9:30 – 11:00 am             
• Games – Day Program/Tenant Services from 2:30 – 4:00 pm

 

March 8 

Theme: Favourite Team (staff and residents are encouraged to dress like their favourite sports team)

• Nursing Program Surprise!         
• Closing Ceremony (Viking Lounge) 3:00 pm
• Scavenger Hunt Winners Announced
• A Spirit Week Star Is Chosen
