The Babb Manor, opened in June 2016, is the newest building in the Saint Luke’s seniors’ community.  There are 24 apartments: three, two-bedroom apartments; and, 21 one-bedroom apartments.  The apartments are all open-concept, universal design to promote accessibility.  Two units are fully accessible for wheelchair use. There is a communal laundry room on the ground floor of the building.

A portion of the ground floor of the building is occupied by Seniors NL, (formerly the Seniors’ Resource Centre).  Seniors NL is a wonderful complement to the Saint Luke’s community as they offer a wide variety of services and information for seniors.  There is also a community room available in the building that is shared jointly by Seniors NL, AHI and our tenants.
