Saint Luke’s Community Living offers a range of independent living accommodations, from cozy cottages to modern apartments and spacious townhouses, in an affordable seniors’ community.
Nestled in the beautiful Waterford Valley in the west end of St. John’s, the campus-style complex includes 54 cottages, 78 apartments and 22 townhouses. Some rental rates are subsidized for seniors with incomes of less than $32,500, others are considered to be “affordable” rates for those with limited incomes, and some are at “market” rates for those with higher incomes. Tenant Services are overseen by a dedicated Manager of Tenant Services and overall property maintenance is looked after by two full-time staff, with some on-call services for after hours emergencies.
