The Mildred Boyce Cottage (Cottage #12 on the grounds of Saint Luke’s Community) which offers affordable short-stay accommodations to families of residents of Saint Luke’s or any of the other long-term care facilities within the St. John’s area. It can provide an affordable alternative to hotels or other commercial accommodations for anyone visiting their loved ones. It can also be made available for family and friends visiting tenants in any of our housing units, or even for those needing affordable accommodations while in the St. John’s area for medical treatment. The Mildred Boyce Cottage is a ground level, self-contained housekeeping unit which can accommodate up to 4 people. It is fully furnished and includes appliances, utensils, and linens. It’s equipped with kitchen, dinette, one bedroom, washroom and living room with pull-out sofa.
