Would you like to talk to a friendly volunteer?  Friendly Calls is a program of the Canadian Red Cross.  It is a free service operating weekdays from 8:30am – 4:30pm Atlantic Time.  Simply call 1 833 729 0144 to register. Red Cross volunteers will then arrange to call you at regular, mutually agreed times.  This service is available in French or English.
